Design, Marketing and Hosting

To enable you to take advantage of all the benefits of a website but with the minimum of fuss and bother we have created a complete package to cover all you need. (For more information on a particular feature just pass your mouse cursor over the icon)

• Fixed fully inclusive fee of £325. (Fee for second and subsequent years £125)
• Personal and friendly service (for starters if there is anything here you don’t understand just give us a call)

Design

• Fully built web site of up to 12 pages based on the information (text and images etc) you want included
• Content manager - putting you in control. You can use our Content Manager to update selected parts of the site at any time as often as you need using any computer connected to the Internet.
• Customised e-mail response form so that visitors can contact you with booking enquires.
• Location maps - showing the situation of your property both at regional and local levels.
• Photo Gallery. People choosing a holiday like to find out as much as they can about the property and showing a collection of photographs is a great way convincing them!
• Changes to the website at any time to correct errors.

Marketing

• Optimisation of your site for search engines.
• Submission of your site to the principal search engines and directories
• Pay per click advertising campaign on Google
• Graphical visitor statistics for your site so that you can monitor performance
• Newsletter from time to time of marketing ideas we identify to help maximise rentals from your property.

Hosting

• Help you to choose your domain name (eg www.myvilla.co.uk) and then register the name on your behalf including the first two years registration fees. The domain will be registered in your name and you will own it.
• Fast reliable hosting of the website to include all the necessary features for an effective and professional presence on the web. (Including first 12 months hosting fees.)

• Webmail facility
• Ongoing Technical Support in order to keep your site available to visitors
